Micralyne manufactures custom microlens arrays targeting the optical telecom industry. With a high quality standard, these optical MEMS microlenses can be custom made in a variety of configurations. Microlens arrays can be used in virtually any application where the light is focused or collimated.

Microlens Arrays
Micralyne now offers prototype deliveries with volume fabrication capabilities of MEMS microlenses with outstanding uniformity across microlens arrays. Custom microlensesare fabricated in our state-of-the-art Class 10 clean rooms and take advantage of Micralyne’s leading edge MEMS microfabrication technology. Micralyne also offers in-house MEMS design and test capabilities for custom microlens arrays.
Micralyne is capable of fabricating a wide range of custom microlenses that can be used to optimize the performance of virtually any micro-optical system in the optical telecomindustry. Standard microlens arrays have the following fabrication capabilities:
