What is the Microfluidic Tool Kit (µTK)?
The
Microfluidic Tool Kit (µTK) user inserts a
microfluidic chip loaded with sample and reagent, enters a voltage program into the software, and runs their experiment. The µTK is comprised of the following components: HV electronics, optical detection electronics, software control, detection optics, compiled LabView interface, stage and chip.
Modular Design
The system and software are modular in design and allow for rapid reconfiguration for new applications. Micralyne can assist in the development and support of software and custom
microfluidic chips for users wishing to explore new fields. This modularity allows the user to tailor the operation and performance of the kit to suit their specific requirements.
Easy to Use
This system provides a convenient option for researchers who are involved in the development of
microfluidic chips and related applications in the fields of chemistry, biology, and life sciences. The system integrates all aspects of the development phase such that the user need only unpack the kit, provide reagents, and a procedure. High performance, small size, low cost, and ease of use are key features of the
Microfluidic Tool Kit.
