MEMS fabrication facilities.
Joint facility
MEMS development allows customers to take advantage of Micralyne's established
MEMS technology infrastructure, highly qualified staff, on-line process control operations and quality control system.
Alternatively, if a customer requires dedicated
MEMS fabrication equipment but does not have the volume requirements to justify a stand-alone facility, equipment can be co-located at Micralyne.
