Micralyne and LioniX Establish Manufacturing Relationship

Edmonton, Canada and Enschede, The Netherlands, December 17, 2003 – Micralyne Inc. and LioniX BV today announced that they have established a collaboration to better serve their customers worldwide with leading MEMS development and manufacturing services.
Micralyne, a developer and OEM manufacturer of MEMS components, will offer volume-manufacturing capacity to LioniX customers that move beyond development quantities. In return, LioniX, a leading provider of solutions based on microsystem technology and MEMS, provides Micralyne with an additional gateway into Europe.
