Micralyne Announces the Appointment of Glen Fitzpatrick as Chief Scientist


Edmonton, Alberta, April 4, 2002 - Micralyne Inc., a leading and profitable MEMS company, today announced the appointment of Glen Fitzpatrick as the company's Chief Scientist.

In his role as Chief Scientist, Glen has the responsibility of providing technical leadership on client projects as well as ensuring that Micralyne expands its technology foundation and its position as a market leading MEMS solution and product provider.

Micralyne, in partnership with clients, develops MEMS products in addition to providing prototyping and volume manufacturing services from its state-of-the-art development and manufacturing facility. Micralyne has product development and manufacturing relationships with leaders in the optical component, genetic analysis instrumentation, and printing industries.
