Our world-class MEMS manufacturing quality system has been, and continues to be, externally validated by customers in the automotive, communications, energy, and life sciences industries who have some of the most stringent MEMS manufacturing requirements in the world. This starts by developing products and transferring them properly. We follow a structured product quality planning approach referred to as Micralyne Product Quality Planning (MPQP), which follows standard Total Quality Management (TQM).
How do you know you’re getting the highest quality?
For starters, we take ISO certification very seriously, providing quality controls for every manufacturing process we undertake. We also have a manufacturing quality policy that guides our staff and ensures critical decisions are made with quality in mind. Micralyne screens its materials and services suppliers before approving them as certified vendor. Vendors are gauged on delivery, cost, responsiveness and quality; and are required to submit:

- Certificate of Analysis
