Job Title- Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Operational Specialist

Job Duties- Support, develop and enhance the current manufacturing plants Management Execution System (MES) software, and to partner with the company.

  • Partner with internal customers (engineering, facilities, IT, executive) to optimize and edit MES configuration.
  • Maintain development and production MES systems
  • Work with databases, scanners, printers, ERP system and data integration systems
  • Support MES installation, accessibility and reporting throughout the organization
  • Ensure adherence to internal and ISO quality standards
  • Deliver user training
  • Provide technical support for systems projects
  • Develop test plans, support system tests and document results
  • Ensure current and accurate system documentation
  • Develop, provide and coordinate system training as well as educational materials
  • Translate business requirements to value-added technical solutions

Number of Positions- One.

Reports To- ICT Manager, CFO.

Type of Employment- Permanent Full Time (37.5/ hours per week)

Salary- Yearly Salary Range per year based on experience

Education Required- A four-year technical degree (Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics or equivalent)

Work Experience-

  • Eyelit MES, Microsoft Dynamics/Solomon ERP, Critical Manufacturing MES [Reporting Software]
  • Experience with SQL databases and/or automation systems within a manufacturing environment
  • Implementing and supporting ISO standards

  • Proficiency with Excel, Word and other Office products
